Control Booth

Mardan Fabrication control booths are able to accommodate employees and all types of equipment in any type location. The engineered aluminum control booth is built to be installed in locations with heavy exposure to rain, snow, and wind. Mardan’s high quality aluminum booths are built to last 25 years with little or minimal maintenance. Control booth applications include industrial loading racks, process control pulpits, dredge and crusher cabs, and loading dock or visitor gate security officer shelters. The glass in the booths come standard with tempered safety glass. If you’d like impact resistant glass, it is available as an option. These long-lasting control booth buildings provide shelter from extreme and harsh conditions for employees. Custom cabinets and shelving configurations are available upon request with either plastic laminate material or stainless steel. Electrical options in control booth units include explosion proof electrical devices, additional outlets, data and phone preps, and heating and cooling units.

The first control booth illustrated here was manufactured to be a combination electrical equipment enclosure and a control booth. It was 8′ wide x 10’6″ long and included two swing doors, clear insulated glass, custom plastic laminate counter and a wall mounted HVAC unit. The second photo is a booth manufactured to serve as a scale house. The booth was 6′ wide x 6′ long. It included two sliding windows, rear swing door, wall mounted HVAC system, 3″ overhang and tinted glass. Mardan Fabrication can customize any booth to meet specific location control booth needs.
