Port Everglades in Florida bought the prefabricated aluminum guard booths from Mardan Fabrication for the security checkpoints for the entire port. They chose Mardan prefab guard booths, because the aluminum doesn’t rust or deteriorate under high volatile conditions. The pictures show multiple prefab security booths for multiple driving lanes. Each checkpoint booth includes one swing door, Low E impact resistant glass, pre-wired electrical package, one sliding door with Dutch service door, wall-mounted HVAC system and one stainless steel counter. The security booths are all portable and factory assembled. The portable guard booths were manufactured to meet Broward County’s 170mph hurricane requirements and were approved under the Florida Building Code.
